Vinification: Fermentation on the skins for around 16-18 days in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Aged in large (4000 litre) oak vats for 12 months.

Deep ruby red with tones of violet. On the nose it is complex, intense with overlapping notes of blackberry, prunes and pepper, the aromas finish with a delicate cushion of vanilla. In the mouth, the flavour of the aromas is amplified; rich fruit, thick and dense, with delicate and soft tannin, leaving an overall impression of refinement.

Conservation: keep away from lights in a cool and dry place, store at 15° C.

Serve at: 16-18° C

Accompanies: cold meats, mature cheeses.
