Vinification: The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and fermented in stainless steel at 26°C. The wine is gently pressed and aged for several months in French oak barriques that are in their second or third year of use.

Ruby red in colour, the nose has soft fruit aromas (redcurrant and blackberry).

In the mouth it is full bodied with soft tannins that make it a very drinkable wine.

Store in a cool dry place (15ºC) away from light.

Serve at 16-18ºC.

Accompanies medium mature cheeses, red meat (especially pork) and structured pasta dishes.
