Harvested: Sangiovese: Early October, Merlot: Mid September, Cabernet Sauvignon: End September/Early October

Vinification: Fermentation on the skins for about 15 days in temperature controlled oak vats, maturation in French oak barrels for 5-8 months.

First Year produced: 2009

Wine : Rub red in colour with notes form blackberry, cherry and spices, in the mouth very nice shoulders, pleasant body, soft tannins.
